In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat.
Add onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add mushrooms, stirring to mix with the garlic butter mixture, then allow to brown for 3 minutes without stirring. After 3 minutes, stir again and cook an additional 2 minutes without stirring.
Add wine, worcestershire sauce and all seasonings. Stir occasionally until all wine has evaporated and a sauce forms, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
