Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 13x9 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Heat olive oil over medium high heat in large saute pan with high sides.
Add ground beef or ground turkey with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brown for 5-6 minutes.
Add onion and garlic and saute until onion has softened, 4-5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, worcestershire sauce and corn. Saute until mushrooms are fully heated. Season with a touch more salt and pepper, to taste.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken and the milk until the milk is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the cream of chicken mixture into the meat mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish. Top with prepared potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes uncovered.
