Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 3 soft taco sized tortillas
  • 3-5 tbsp whipped cream cheese, depending on personal preference
  • 3-5 tsp dill, depending on personal preference
  • 3-4 oz nova smoked salmon, lox, or other cold smoked salmon
  • 1-2 cups baby spinach leaves, depending on personal preference

Instructions

  • Evenly spread cream cheese on each of the tortillas according to your taste preferences, covering most of the surface.
  • Sprinkle dill all over the cream cheese according to your taste preferences.
  • Place equal servings of salmon in each wrap followed by equal servings of spinach.
  • Roll up the wrap burrito style. Slice into 5 or 6 equal pieces.
  • Serve and enjoy!
