Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Mix all meatball ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Divide meat and roll into 30-35 equal sized 1 inch balls
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs reach 160°F internally.
Toward the very end of the baking time, melt butter in a small microwavable bowl. Whisk all sauce ingredients into the melted butter until fully incorporated.
Dip the top of each cooked meatball in the sauce, shaking off any excess. There is only JUST enough sauce for each meatball.
