Preheat oven to 450°. Spray pizza pan with nonstick spray.
Place your pizza dough on your pizza pan. Pinch the edges upward to form a lip that will become the crust of your pizza. Brush olive oil over all of the dough using a basting brush. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of salt, half of the pepper, and all remaining seasonings. Bake 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add to the hot pan. Cook and scramble eggs until JUST beginning to firm up. You do not want them to be fully set otherwise they'll overcook when the pizza bakes. When they just begin to firm up, sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
When the crust finishes pre-baking, brush the country gravy over top leaving a 1 inch border all the way around. Spread soft scrambled eggs over the gravy, then sprinkle the bacon over top, then add the green onion. Lastly, add the cheese ensuring that you sprinkle some along the edge as well.
Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted, eggs are cooked, and pizza crust is golden brown on bottom. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 8 equal servings.
Serve and enjoy!
