Preheat the oven to 400°.
On a non-stick baking sheet arrange the potato wedges so that they are not overlapping. Season all over with seasonings.
Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes to lightly coat them. Toss potato wedges to evenly distribute oil and seasonings on all sides.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or when they become crispy on the outside but no longer firm in the center. Flipping once at the half way point.
