Heat butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Add onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add peas and carrots, stirring frequently. Add all seasonings. Sauté until the peas and carrots are no longer frozen and are tender-crisp, approximately 7-10 minutes.
