Cut halfway down the center of the tortilla.
Add ingredients to the four sections of the tortilla.
Fold the left side of the cut portion of the tortilla up, then fold it over to the right, then fold downward to create a quesadilla pocket.
Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Once butter is melted and bubbling, add quesadilla, pressing down to ensure the entire bottom side crisps up.
Once the bottom is crispy, flip and do the same on the other side.
Serve hot and enjoy.
