Hi everyone! Meatballs are a favorite food for my husband, myself and even our toddler! I also really love chicken cordon bleu. So, I figured, why not combine two of my favorites? These meatballs are super flavorful, have all of the key components of both chicken cordon bleu and a traditional meatball, and are coated in a delicious dijon butter sauce. They pair so incredibly easy with so many things too, such as pasta, rice, salad, etc. So now that I’ve told you all about them, let’s get started!
Special Ingredients and Equipment Needed:
Special Kitchen Equipment:
For this recipe, most of the kitchen tools you’ll need are fairly standard and are things you’ll likely already have. Here’s what I recommend:
Most of these items above are things you’ll likely already have, but if not, I HIGHLY recommend getting them!
Special Ingredients for Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatballs:
All of the ingredients for these meatballs should be able to be found in your regular grocery store! There isn’t anything that should be super hard to find. Worst case scenario, if you can’t find ground chicken, you *could* substitute ground turkey. But aside from that, the rest are all basic grocery items.
Making the Meatballs:

- Divide meat and roll into 30-35 equal sized 1 inch balls
