Hey guys! Happy Friday! I’ve got an absolutely delicious and incredibly fast recipe for you all today. I know you probably all are wondering how you can make a wrap or pinwheels low carb. However, I assure you by using Mission’s Carb Balance tortillas, you’ll be able to create these delicious low-carb turkey pinwheels for a quick and easy lunch. This is seriously one of my favorite go-to lunches because I can make them in about 5 minutes. Let’s get started!
Special Equipment or Ingredients Needed:
There isn’t anything really in terms of kitchen equipment that you’ll need for this recipe other than a butter knife and a sharp knife to cut the pinwheels. I really like these Emeril Lagasse knives that we have. They work well and are relatively cheap compared to some of the other knife blocks out there.
Other than some knives that you likely already have in your kitchen, the only specialty thing you’ll need are Carb Balance tortillas. We use the soft-taco size for our pinwheels, but you can also use the burrito sized. I also really like the Spinach Herb or Tomato Basil flavors that they come in. Here’s a multipack that comes with all of the different flavors if you have a hard time finding them in stores near you.
