As you may have already noticed, smoothies are one of our go-to quick and easy breakfasts. There are so many options! When they take about 5 minutes to throw together, they’re great for hectic mornings or just for a quick snack. This butterscotch banana flavored smoothie is one of our new faves!
For the butterscotch flavor, I simply used butterscotch Jello pudding mix. It was the easiest way to ensure that the smoothie had all of the right flavors. You can buy some from the nearest grocery store or here on amazon. You could also most likely substitute premade butterscotch pudding cups as well! Either way, basically all you have to do is toss everything in the blender and mix! What a super easy way to get your day going.

Like I said, this butterscotch banana smoothie is super simple. It’s also a great source of calcium from both the yogurt and the milk and a great source of potassium from the bananas. Plus, who doesn’t like butterscotch?! One of my favorite flavors!
